This is Steph, our holistic health all-rounder. An advocate for harmonised wellbeing, Steph believes regular rest and recovery is just as important as exercise and nutrition when it comes to good health.

Not only trained in nutrition, Steph is a facial therapist too - so she is fully equipped to restore your body’s holistic balance and provide a rejuvenating experience. She loves educating people about their digestive system, skin and general wellbeing - and she looks forward to meeting you at Remedy Lane.

Krystyna Sullivan

This is Krystyna, our holistic massage guru. Krystyna’s journey started with a last-minute decision to study naturopathy, which turned into a lifelong love of holistic health. She’s trained in Swedish massage and massage therapy, and believes good health and wellbeing are the foundations for a fulfilled life.

A proud coffee enthusiast, Krystyna loves working in a field that helps people leave feeling better than when they arrived. She looks forward to helping you to relax and recharge with thoughtful, personalised and beautiful massage treatments.

Amy Veenstra

This is Amy

, our wonderful massage and facial therapist. Amy has always had a passion for helping people in any way she can, so providing a space for people to open and receive is so special to her. Outside of Remedy Lane, you will find Amy moving her body as often as she can, spending time in the ocean, or surrounding herself with people she can be real and raw with. And, because it is all about balance, Amy also loves getting sweaty at a live gig, and eating yummy chocolate.

You can expect juicy facials, relaxing massages and a space where you can leave insecurities at the door. Amy aims to help every person that lays on her table to feel loves, nurtured, supported, and safe.

Ryan Gibson

“Overall balance in all aspects, from emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is vital. When theses aspects of our health and wellbeing are aligned, we are better able to develop and succeed in whatever our goals are.”

This is Ryan, our massage therapist. Ryan was initially drawn to massage after years of performing as an athlete, and wanting to understand his own body better. Through his training, he understands the benefits to regular treatments and overall balance in all aspects of life (including emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as proper rest) as vital to keeping not only your body maintained and performing at an optimal level, but also to improving your quality of life.

Outside of treating, Ryan is an avid vinyl collector and is extremely passionate about Jiu Jitsu - something that he says feeds his soul. It is a privilege for Ryan to assist you in improving your health and wellbeing, and he looks forward to welcoming you at Remedy Lane.

Jen Tayler

This is Jen, our divine Massage and Skin therapist. Jen is a warm and vibrant soul who take a truly nourishing approach to her practices and treatments. In addition to her massage and beauty qualifications, Jen is a holistic healer and believes in working with the whole person, not just the physical body - providing nourishment on every level.

When she isn’t nurturing you at Remedy Lane, you can find her taking an ocean swim (even in the winter!), or moving her body intuitively through walking, dancing or yoga. A big believer in gratitude and breath practices to anchor herself in the present moment, you can be sure Jen is the right person to help you relax deeply at Remedy Lane.

Indianna Sheppard

Meet Indianna, our extraordinary Massage Therapist. Indianna has always had an interest in working with health, and was first drawn to massage therapy after seeing the benefits it has for so many people. She also loves being able to help someone get out of pain, and also create a deep sense of relaxation.

Indianna believes her own well-being is a very important part of life. You will find Indianna eating foods that make her feel good, lifting weights at the gym and getting out in nature as much as possible!

Indianna brings a warm welcome and a deep sense of relaxation, whilst also releasing tight muscles and areas of tension or pain. Indianna aims to give clients a chance to slow down from their busy lives and be still for a moment.
