How early should I arrive for my appointment?

If you can, arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can relax and unwind in our cozy haven. You’ll find yourself surrounded by ambient sounds and calming scents, and you can enjoy complimentary (bottomless) tea by Love Tea.

Where can I park?

Metered parking is available beside our building in the Haymarket Car Park, or out the front of our Good Folk Yoga studio on Myers street. Parking spaces are metered Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. If you’re up for a little walk, you can find free 2P parks further along Moorabool Street towards McKillop Street.

Do I need to fill in a consultation form when I arrive?

Our consultation forms are sent to you via text to complete online 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Do you use scented oils for your Massage therapies?

Yes, we use Happy Society’s nourishing Palo Santo oil which has complex and rich base notes of Palo Santo and black pepper balanced with notes of Tangerine and Bergamot. We also have a scent-free straight coconut oil for anyone with allergies and sensitivities to any of these ingredients.


What skincare products do you stock and where are they made?

Our skincare products are hand-made by Waterlily in Brisbane, Queensland using Australian active botanicals. Every Waterlily and Spaceuticals product is created in small batches, fresh each and every month by the beautiful team at Waterlily Headquarters.

Are your facial treatments pregnancy safe?

Yes, all of our facial therapies and products are safe to use during pregnancy, excluding LED light therapy.

Is it safe to have massage in the first trimester of Pregnancy?

Our Zen Mumma massage is specifically curated for all stages of pre and post pregnancy by our Remedial Massage therapists, who all have advanced training in pregnancy massage. If your pregnancy is categorised as high-risk by your Health Care Professional we will require a signed medical release from them before undertaking your treatment.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards for payment in store post treatment at our reception. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or American Express.


What are your cancellation policies?

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the booking time you may be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation. No shows and bookings cancelled on the day may be subject to 100% payment of the service fee.

If I need to cancel or change my appointment, is there a phone number I can call?

What gift cards do you have available and how long are they valid for?

Gift Vouchers can be purchased on our website for any dollar amount, or you can purchase a hard copy voucher at our reception. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
