This 1:1 consultation with our naturopath Krystyna will investigate your skins health from the inside out, to gain a holistic understanding of your wellbeing and restore imbalances.
You will undergo a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of your health to help uncover the root cause of your skin issues; including nutritional health, gut health and your microbiome, detoxification pathways, metabolic health and your dietary and lifestyle habits. You may be referred for further testing including blood work or functional testing. Advice will be tailored to your dietary preferences, with lifestyle changes recommended and designed to be achievable and enjoyable.
Krystyna has many years of expertise in Naturopathy and will work with you to address and heal skin concerns such as; acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, peri-oral dermatitis, rosacea, dehydration, congestion and healthy aging.
To enhance your experience, we also offer a Skin Assessment with our holistic skin therapist, Steph who will assess your past and present skin history and skincare routine using topical testing of your skin type to heal your skin from the outside.

This treatment with our incredible holistic skin therapist Steph will allow you to better understand your skin health from the outside and to achieve your skin goals. You will begin by undertaking a comprehensive consultation, discussing your past and present skin health as well as your skincare routine. Steph will use a specially formulated cleanse and moisture application to diagnose your skin, with an in depth treatment plan provided including topical homecare rituals and progressive treatment recommendations with a realistic timeline in mind.
Our Skin Consultations are available as a stand-alone Skin Assessment service of 30minutes, or to enhance your experience with us, you can combine you Skin Assessment with our 60 minute Retreat Facial. Using advanced solutions enriched with naturopathic concentrates and Australian active botanicals by Waterlily, we’ll take you on a sensory journey to induce deep relaxation.
If further internal investigation is required, you will be referred to our beautiful in-house Naturopath Krystyna, who specialises in healing skin issues (such as acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea and congestion) from the inside-out, allowing you to restore deeper imbalances and regain control of your skin.
